1. General Information

Royal India is a professional event management company based in Patna, Bihar. We offer event planning, decoration, catering, advertising, activation, and branding services.
By using our website or availing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or official quotation).

• A minimum advance payment (as mentioned in your quotation) is required to confirm your booking.

• No booking is considered final until the advance payment is received.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or cheque (subject to clearance).

• All payments are non-refundable once services are confirmed and scheduled.

• Any additional services requested during the event will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event may be eligible for partial refund (after deducting administrative charges).

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamity, government restrictions, etc.), we will reschedule the event without extra charges, subject to availability.

5. Event Execution

• Royal India will execute all services as per the agreed plan and proposal.

• Clients are requested to share accurate venue details, timing, and permissions before the event.

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, power failure, venue restrictions).

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client must ensure all necessary permissions, venue access, and government clearances (if applicable).

• Any damage to materials, equipment, or décor items due to guest negligence will be charged to the client.

7. Use of Photos & Videos

Royal India reserves the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Royal India shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage caused during the event due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or third-party failures.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply immediately upon publication.
